Big Bear Cabin Special:
Special
- Save 10% if you are a AAA member, Good Sam
member, or Active Military. Your member number or
military identification MUST be provided at the time
of booking. These discounts can’t be combined. A
maximum discount of 10% will be provided per rental
stay.
Wireless Internet
- Wireless internet is available at “Big Bear
Cabin” for $10 per day and must be purchased for the
entire length of your stay.
- If you wish to have the wireless service for
only a “portion” of your stay (example: 3 days out
of a 7 day stay), your desired “portion” of days
must be consecutive and must be the last days of
your stay (example: days 5-7 of a 7 day stay).
- Simply let the Bear Den reservation staff know
that you would like to purchase the “Big Bear Cabin”
wireless internet password when you check in.
Policies
- NO PETS ALLOWED IN CABIN.
- NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
- There is a one-time cleaning charge per stay of
$45.
- RESERVATION POLICY: A two night minimum rental
is required along with a two night deposit to setup
and confirm a reservation. Holiday weekends require
a minimum stay of three nights and a three night
deposit. The balance of charges for the time you
reserved are due upon arrival. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you
prefer to pay your deposit by check, your check must
arrive six weeks prior to your arrival. A $100
security deposit is required upon check in, by
credit card.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: 90% of your deposit will be
refunded if notification is received at least 14
days prior to arrival date. Non-cancellation or
failure to show constitutes forfeiture. We cannot
control, nor guarantee the weather, therefore, once
checked in, you are responsible for the entire
length of stay you reserved. Refunds will not be
made for early departures.
